本研究采用纳米粒子诱导的表面增强拉曼光谱技术，首次对吸附在经过PEG(Au-PEG)及十八烷（Au-C18）修饰的金表面上的蛋白质的构象进行了初步表征。结果表明，Au-PEG表面可以更好地保持蛋白质的构象，从而维持其较高的生物活性。
